  • Gather and analyze feedback from B2B and B2C customers, identify market needs, and translate insights into practical product requirements that improve usability and the customer experience
  • Work closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and deliver product launches on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Balance customer expectations, product performance, and commercial objectives while identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements across product development and launch processes
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge base of market insights, competitive intelligence, technical learnings, and relevant regulatory considerations to support informed decisions and continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • University degree in Audiology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–10 years of experience in product management and/or product marketing
  • Proven experience managing products and coordinating projects from planning and development through launch and ongoing improvement
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, Voice of the Customer (VoC), marketing management, or brand management, with the ability to translate findings into actionable product requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion in a global environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze information, track product performance, and support budget-conscious decisions. Power BI experience is an advantage
  • A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented working style, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results. Healthcare or medical device industry experience is an advantage but not essential. Excellent English communication skills are required; additional languages are welcome.
