Join ANH-Solutions’ global Digital & Technology team to lead SAP Product Life-ciclye Management and EH&S capabilities that enable product development, compliance and sustainable animal nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Quality, EH&S and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead the functional design, implementation and continuous evolution of SAP PLM and SAP EH&S capabilities across product development, product compliance and regulatory processes.
• Architect end-to-end integrations between SAP PLM/EH&S and SAP ECC, master data solutions, LIMS, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Procurement and external regulatory platforms.
• Govern product master data, specifications, formulations, substance data and compliance information to ensure integrity and meet global regulatory and sustainability requirements.
• Drive the value-based digital roadmap, process automation, continuous improvement and successful adoption of PLM and EH&S solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage global stakeholders, architects, developers and service partners while aligning priorities and mitigating delivery, integration, compliance and data-quality risks.

You Bring

• Hands-on experience with SAP PLM and SAP EH&S/Product Compliance, including Recipe Development, Specification Management, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance, and Sustainability processes within process industries.
• Proven expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP PLM and EH&S solutions, covering recipe and formula management, specifications, product composition, product safety, dangerous goods, SDS management, global label management, and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of WWI layout design, Global Label Management (GLM), and integration of SAP PLM/EH&S with SAP ECC and regulatory information management systems, QM, Manufacturing, Procurement, LIMS, regulatory platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, formulation processes, product master data, compliance requirements, labeling regulations, and global product registration, ensuring data integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery in complex global environments, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and driving implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Strong business partnership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, complemented by knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, ABAP, ADS, application lifecycle management, and digital operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and fluent English required.
