Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable urban water management? We’re looking for a Global Product & Growth Manager to own and grow our Stormwater Treatment solutions across EMEA and beyond. The role can be based in our Head Office in The Netherlands or anywhere else in Europe.

Travel: ~30%
Team: ~8 people, cross-functional, based across Europe
Scope: Full portfolio + global collaboration (incl. LATAM)

About the Role

This role is 70% product management, 30% business development You will own the Stormwater Treatment solution end‑to‑end from roadmap and innovation to operations, documentation, market connection, trainings, and supporting commercial teams.

Your daily work includes:

  • Leading the product strategy and roadmap
  • Staying close to the market: trends, customers, competitors
  • Supporting sales with expertise, trainings, and customer conversations
  • Driving growth opportunities and new routes to market
  • Coordinating launch activities and ensuring product readiness

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the global product & segment strategy
  • Manage and expand the Stormwater Treatment portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
  • Lead NPIs, innovation projects, and market-driven improvements
  • Consolidate cross‑regional needs into clear product requirements
  • Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and risks
  • Enable sales with tools, content, insights, and trainings
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and certifications

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in product management (construction/infrastructure ideal)
  • Strong understanding of market needs, customer value, and product lifecycle
  • Experience in solution-based selling and project-driven environments
  • Open‑minded, collaborative, easy to connect with, supportive towards peers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Technical affinity and comfort working with engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Fluent in English
