
As Global Product Development Educator, you play a key role in shaping the future of our brand at the intersection of trends, product innovation, and education. You are deeply connected to the world of hair—constantly spotting emerging movements, translating them into meaningful product stories, and bringing them to life through powerful education.
You are not only trend-sensitive and product-driven, but also a confident and inspiring educator. With strong presentation skills and a global mindset, you elevate our worldwide education teams and ensure our innovations are understood, desired, and adopted by hairstylists everywhere.
In this role, you work closely with our laboratory, product managers, and global education colleagues to co-create products and educational experiences that truly resonate with professional hairstylists across markets.
Be a core member of the Global Education team, taking ownership of education materials within new product development—from brochures and PowerPoints to courses and digital learning modules, ensuring clarity, inspiration, and consistency worldwide
Translate product innovation and trends into compelling educational concepts that inspire educators and customers globally
Design and deliver high-impact workshops, training programs, seminars, and shows—both nationally and internationally—for educators and clients
Play an active, hands-on role during product testing days, collaborating closely with Lab and Product teams to help shape best-in-class formulas and innovations
Partner on campaign shoots and social content, ensuring education and product storytelling align seamlessly across channels

A completed hairdressing diploma
At least 5 years of work experience as a hairstylist, preferably with Keune products
Preferably experience as an educator for other haircare brands
You have a special nose for hair products, ingredients and trends.
You are mainly creative, but administrative and organizational also a top performer
Your communication and writing skills are top-notch
Didactic education and knowledge of Microsoft Word is an advantage
Perfect proficiency of the English or Dutch language, both spoken and written
You are an expert in maintaining customer relations
A driver's license
You must be willing to travel
If you live outside the Netherlands, you must be willing to relocate
You are a creative, all-round hairstylist with solid experience in education and training
You thrive in an international environment and enjoy collaborating with educators and business partners around the world
You are flexible and energized by working evenings or weekends when it means delivering exceptional events and experiences
You feel confident and natural presenting in front of groups, with clear, engaging communication skills
You take ownership and responsibility, paying attention to every detail to ensure flawless execution
You have a strong affinity with the professional beauty industry and stay closely connected to its evolution
You bring a proactive, can-do mindset and take pride in delivering excellence—anytime, anywhere
You are curious by nature, with a genuine interest in new products, ingredients, and innovative learning and development tools
