Come join us in our state of the art office in Letterkenny as we are expanding. We are hiring a Procurement Contracts Manager to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) Organisation.
What you can expect
As a Procurement Contracts Manager in our Contract Lifecycle Management team (CLM) you will be part of Prudential Financials’ Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) organization. Based in a hybrid capacity in Letterkenny, you will report directly to the Director of Procurement Contract Management.
In this role you will be responsible for executing daily contract lifecycle activities in close collaboration with GSP Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams across the globe. In a growing hub, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient, compliant, and uniform contract execution for Prudential’s worldwide vendor base, while supporting stakeholders in various time zones.
Manage vendor contracts and ordering documents throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
Draft, review, and coordinate the execution of contracts, statements of work, amendments, renewals, and terminations using approved templates and playbooks.
Actively contribute to process improvement, automation, and enhancements to contract lifecycle management systems.
Work closely with GSP Category Managers and Sourcing leads globally to facilitate negotiations and contract finalization.
Coordinate with Legal, Third-Party Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to address contract-related risks and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, and documentation within CLM systems and repositories.
Monitor contract milestones, expirations, renewals, and key obligations.
Identify contractual risks, non-standard terms, or issues and escalate as appropriate.
Support reporting and analytics for contract volumes, cycle times, and risk indicators.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and CLM system enhancements.
3–6 years of experience in contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for legal, business, or procurement-related fields.
Experience executing commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, and sourcing processes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders globally.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience working with CLM platforms or contract repositories is preferred.
Proficiency in AI-enabled environments, using approved tools responsibly to enhance throughput, accuracy, and insight while adhering to Global risk & compliance standards.
Successful experience engaging and managing global stakeholders
