Together, we’re shaping the future of construction. Ready to make your impact? Join us as Global HR Process Owner in Vilnius, Lithuania, and play a pivotal role in transforming how HR services are delivered across our global organisation.

This is a high-impact transformation role at the heart of our HR evolution. You will lead the standardisation and optimisation of global HR data and payroll processes, support the development of our future HR operating model, and drive service delivery excellence across multiple regions. Working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will help create scalable, efficient, and compliant HR processes that enable business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, standardise, and continuously improve processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding)
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes that support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across people processes
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within current workflows
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and playbooks for all lifecycle processes
  • Monitor and analyse process performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with relevant policies, legislation, and best practices
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset, championing simplicity and employee experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant HR transformation experience, with hands-on involvement in HR operating model redesign, shared services or large-scale organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience working within international and multi-country organisations, managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel as required.
