Through our talented people, we use our expertise and selected technologies to safely and sustainably source, manufacture and market chemical and energy products globally. When you join Team Sasol, you are joining a company that puts people at the center of everything we do.

The Global Process Owner – P2C is accountable for the global end-to-end process design, S/4 template ownership, governance and performance across regions. The role ensures standardized execution, revenue protection, working capital performance and alignment between Commercial Excellence and Finance. The GPO drives adoption of the global template while managing justified deviations through formal governance.

Key Accountabilities

Common GPO Accountabilities

  • Own the global S/4 process template including target state design, process documentation (ARIS), controls and integration points.
  • Define and enforce global standards; approve or reject deviations through formal design authority and escalation where required.
  • Drive implementation of the global template and ensure adoption across deployments, balancing standardization with operational feasibility.
  • Define global KPIs and performance targets; monitor DSO, dispute rate, automation levels and compliance adherence.
  • Embed controls, SoD and audit requirements into process and system design.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications in close partnership with IM/Digital.
  • Define process-critical data requirements and collaborate with the Data GPO/Data Lead to ensure data quality supports execution.
  • Resolve cross-tower integration topics (P2C, R2D, S2P, Commercial) and eliminate structural handoff gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure measurable benefits post go-live.

P2C Process-Specific Accountabilities

  • Partner with Sales and CX to align customer journey, CRM processes and order design with global P2C standards.
  • Define global working capital KPIs and establish governance to drive performance.
  • Define and standardize the global P2C template to enable invoice accuracy and execution consistency globally.
  • Establish a global dispute and deduction framework with standardized categories, ownership, KPI tracking and root-cause elimination.
  • Govern billing logic, pricing controls and contractual clarity to prevent downstream customer dissatisfaction and revenue erosion.
  • Define integration standards between P2C and R2D to ensure accurate revenue recognition design within the S/4 template.

Required Personal and Professional Skills

  • 15+ years in O2C/P2C leadership across Commercial Operations and/or Finance (AR/Credit), with proven global process ownership and transformation experience.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA O2C (SD/FI-AR) and SAP FSCM (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management) and strong familiarity with CRM and Customer Portal enablement.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end process transformation, including global template governance, S/4HANA deployment, and benefits realization focused on customer journey and working capital.
  • Strong experience with process governance and BPM tools (e.g. ARIS) and analytics/process mining tools (e.g. Celonis or Signavio).
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition and internal control frameworks (including SOX) and their translation into process and system design.

Our Benefits

  • A collegial team and a wide range of tasks with a high degree of creative freedom await you, for which you will quickly assume responsibility.
  • We ensure the best possible work-life balance through flexible working hours, the option of mobile working and full-time employment of 38.5 hours.
  • We offer you attractive remuneration, supplemented by numerous modern social benefits including company pension schemes.
  • We support you in your development with individual further training opportunities at specialist, project or management level and enable a wide variety of career paths.
  • As part of our health management, you can access a work-life service, personal advice/coaching and webinars at any time.
