Job Description

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Supports the development and execution of business strategies that aid the long-term growth for business unit(s).
• Helps determine plausible targets and define the strategic roadmap to achieve those targets.
• Monitors and benchmarks the company's strategic performance by gathering data from various sources such as internal and external stakeholders, market research, and due diligence.
• Tracks key market trends and competitors to gain a better understanding of current business model and its strengths, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Assesses their products, target audience, and competition to develop solid competitive advantage.
• Works with project/cross functional teams and ensures that all agreed business strategy projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time and in budget.
• Delivers effective reports on market assessments, growth plans, financial data models, go to market proposals and other written products to represent the company in internal as well as external meetings.
• Builds business cases and review documents via high-quality longform written narratives and secures buying of senior leaders and stakeholders.

A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:

• Strong ability to conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management systems and practices for tracking progress and compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of hands-on experience in business domains, project/program management, or data-driven methodologies, OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of applicable experience, OR a PhD with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Intermediate expertise in project/program management techniques and analytical methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge in AI (e.g. Copilot, Gemini), data visualization tools including Power BI, and software for reporting and insights delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

• Experience working cross functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Skilled in vendor governance, vendor management, complex stakeholder alignment and change management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Experience in dashboard monitoring, deck building, and storyboarding for executive presentations.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in business operations and project management methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
