What you will do

As a Global Process Manager, you will drive the continuous development and global alignment of tesa’s Lead Management processes with a strong focus on customer-centricity, efficiency, automation and scalability. In this role, you will ensure that lead management, CRM-related workflows, and pipeline processes are consistently adopted, and continuously improved across regions and business units. By combining strong process ownership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, you will help further drive the growth impact of marketing through high-performing processes that create measurable business impact.

Your tasks include:

  • Take ownership of global Lead & Pipeline Management processes with a focus on CRM-related workflows and continuous process maturation
  • Drive global maturity, scalability, automation and optimization of Lead Management processes across regions and business units
  • Interact frequently with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure continuous work on the lead funnel and strong sales & marketing alignment
  • Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and AI improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and business impact
  • Act as a global change driver to ensure processes are understood, adopted, and consistently applied throughout the organization
  • Translate global process standards into practical guidance and support regional teams in successful implementation and adoption
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, regional stakeholders, and digital/IT teams to align business requirements with system capabilities and AI automation particularly within MS Dynamics Customer Insights CRM
  • Define and track KPIs to measure process performance, adoption, and maturity, leveraging data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development of a clear process roadmap, enabling the transition towards best-in-class global process execution

What you will need

  • Several years of experience in B2B Lead & Pipeline Management processes within an international business environment
  • Strong expertise in MS Dynamics Customer Insights CRM and related Marketing & Sales process landscapes
  • Proven experience working in international and matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to think end-to-end and continuously improve complex workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, align stakeholders, and ensure process adoption across regions and functions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively
  • Structured and analytical way of thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a strong focus on business value creation
  • Fluent in business English with a high level of ownership, drive, and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively based on data and KPIs
