Job Description
In this role, you will shape and improve our global customer journey by designing, standardising, and continuously improving end-to-end Commercial processes. You will act as a global subject matter expert, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and customer-centricity across all regions while supporting the implementation of the global S/4HANA template for the Commercial domain.

- Develop and detail standardised processes and procedures for your assigned business process.
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, harmonisation, standardisation, and cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with process-level stakeholders and functional teams to refine current processes, introduce improvements, or design new process solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact for business change requests from the key user community, preparing decision templates and executing approved changes.
- Identify process pain points, prioritise improvement demands, and ensure adherence to business process architecture guardrails.
- Maintain pragmatic process maps and process documentation, providing leadership and organising training content for process owners, managers, key users, and end users.
- Coordinate and execute testing of updates or improvements, and monitor process maturity levels.

Language Skills:
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Process Management
- 5+ years of experience in the corresponding business domain
- 3+ years of experience in business process modelling, process optimisation, and process design
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and Salesforce
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma or similar; Black Belt)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Expert knowledge of business processes and requirement engineering
- Experience with end-to-end operational flows (e.g., manufacturing or order fulfilment) is considered an advantage.
