Job Description

You will play a key role in shaping how HR works globally across the entire employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire). Acting as a strategic partner, you will help standardize, improve, and connect HR processes, systems, and teams across regions. This role sits at the heart of HR transformation, turning global strategy into practical, scalable solutions.

Main Tasks

  • Outlining entire business processes in their current form and transferring them from retained organization to Shared Service Center
  • Analysing processes, technical needs, and transformation requirements, including automation opportunities
  • Investigating ways to enhance efficiency in working methods and operational sequences
  • Developing processes according to (client) requirements while ensuring efficient capacity utilization
  • Conducting cost reduction studies and implementing client processes
  • Working with client and cross-functional groups to ensure the right information, resources, and processes are deployed to support specific business needs

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Global Service Head to shape HR service delivery and process strategy
  • Ensure the Target Operating Model (TOM) and Target Interaction Model (TIM) are fully adopted, embedded in daily routines, and consistently used by teams across all regions.
  • Standardize and continuously improve end-to-end Hire to Retire processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Define and manage SLAs, HR Service Catalogue, and Coverage Matrix aligned with global expectations
  • Lead cross-functional HR transformation initiatives, including digitalization and automation efforts
  • Collaborate with Product Owners (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) to ensure strong process-system integration
  • Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and support change adoption across teams
