Own and evolve global service processes and data across Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys and SAP
Set and steer the end to end roadmap aligned with our contact to closure transformation program
Translate customer and service representative needs into a prioritized backlog and lead cross functional delivery across release cycles
Establish data governance (models, standards, ownership, quality) and ensure compliant, trusted data
Orchestrate integrations and performance management (KPIs, dashboards) to create a single source of truth and drive continuous improvement
A strategic, hands on operator who balances big picture thinking with meticulous execution
Experienced in the Salesforce ecosystem (especially Service Cloud) and modern service workplace design
Skilled in contact centre and service operations, with practical experience integrating Genesys and SAP
You are data savvy, with knowledge in data modelling, master data management, data quality and analytics, and familiarity with data protection and privacy standards is an advantage
Thriving in collaborative settings, you work closely with Business and IT colleagues and stakeholders to reach shared objectives
