The Global Private Shopper Flagship Coordinator, based at our 59th Street Flagship location, is an elevated support role responsible for driving the success of the Global Private Shopper’s business both in-store and virtually. This person will serve as a direct remote extension of the Global Private Shopper in the 59th Street Flagship —managing day-to-day operations, engaging with high-value clients, and supporting the shopper’s brand voice across digital platforms.
This role works closely with our luxury and concession brand partners to coordinate client experiences, secure product access, and streamline communication across departments. While the position functions remotely from the Global Private Shopper, the coordinator will be based at the 59th Street Flagship and will also provide in-person support when the Global Private Shopper is on-site—assisting with client appointments, merchandise preparation, and ensuring a seamless, elevated client experience.
The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, digitally fluent, and comfortable traveling as needed to support off-site appointments, events, or client needs.
