Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, change, performance, talent, retention and engagement

  • Translate business strategy into P&O priorities, workforce plans and organizational interventions

  • Drive succession planning, leadership development and talent pipelines for critical roles

  • Build strategic workforce plans and identify future capability gaps

  • Strengthen leadership teams through coaching, governance, operating models and culture work

  • Lead cultural change and inclusion efforts, with clear business ownership and accountability

  • Represent the business in complex enterprise P&O initiatives and cross-country priorities

  • Use data, metrics and external insight to shape decisions and measure impact

  • Contribute to the wider P&O community and develop internal and external thought leadership

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior P&O Business Partner or equivalent role

  • Proven success in stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels

  • Experience working in global, cross-functional and matrixed organizations

  • Strong strategic mindset with sound business and industry exposure

  • Credibility across talent, organization design, change and workforce strategy

  • Pharma manufacturing experience is an advantage

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

  • Job location: Holzkirchen, Germany or Kundl Austria or Ljubljiana Slovenia

  • Starting pay range for Germany: EUR 95.900 - 178.100

  • Variable compensation for Germany: 20% performance-based bonus

  • Additional benefits for Germany include: 30 vacation days per year (in full time), 1.200€ vacation payment (in full time), €40/month in capital-forming benefits (in full time), eligible for car allowance, participation in long-term incentive plan, company pension, flex-hybrid working 50% per week in the office, access to our learning & development platforms Skillsoft & Learnlight, access to our employee share program “OurShare”

  • Pay frequency: Monthly

  • Expected weekly working hours: 40 hours

  • Contract type: full time
