The Team:

The Global Planning Initiatives (GPI) Team is a strategic function within Global Supply Chain, responsible for driving transformation across planning capabilities, tools, and processes. The GPI Team leads key programs and initiatives focused on improving forecasting accuracy, integrated business planning, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.

The GPI Team operates at the intersection of business and digital, partnering with regional planning teams, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities. The GPI Team environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Coordinator based in the Kuala Lumpur office to join the GPI Team. This role will report into a GPI Associate Manager and will support the execution of key initiatives within the GPI roadmap, including planning transformation programs, systems enablement, and process standardization efforts, with a big focus on planning operations documentation development.

The Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting program governance, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking across multiple global initiatives. This position offers a strong opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end planning processes, work across regions, and contribute directly to strategic transformation programs.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Support the execution of programs and initiatives, including forecasting transformation, planning tool deployments, and process harmonization efforts
  • Coordinate project activities such as tracking milestones, maintaining project plans, and preparing status updates to support decision-making, program tracking, and leadership reviews
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for programs, including business requirements, process flows, and project artifacts
  • Assist in user adoption activities such as documentation, training support, and feedback collection for planning tools (e.g., Anaplan)
  • Collaborate with regional planning teams (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas) to ensure alignment on initiative deliverables and timelines
  • Support the governance of planning initiatives, including documentation, meeting facilitation, and follow-up on action items
  • Act as a point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams (e.g., IT, system integrators)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within planning workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, consulting, or project coordination roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders (command of the English language, written and verbal, is required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to stakeholders
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to forecasting, demand planning, or supply planning processes
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and best practice.
