Your Mission:

Integrated in the Planning and Control Area, this position has the responsibility to Manage and Supervise: Internal Management reports to Top Management, main business KPI´s, Strategic Plans, Annual Budget and identify opportunities to improve the Company performance.

Your Responsabilities:

• Annual budget and Strategic Plan preparation.
• Critically analyze the main differences and variations in the results, anticipating, when possible, their effects and ensuring mitigation of the risks involved.
• Monthly reporting for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and all Business / Commercial teams.
• Monitor and define management KPI´s that facilitate the analysis, interpretation and decision making.
• Monitor the planning and control tools in the various countries in which the company operates, thereby contributing to greater ease of analysis and interpretation of the various KPIs.
• Monitoring of the main financial indicators, especially the income, debt and working capital accounts.
• Prepare a management tool that allows the correct estimations of the monthly rolling forecasts.

The Talent We are looking for:

• Background in Management, Economics or similar.
• More than 6 years of experience in similar roles and in multinational company.
• Leadership experience.
• Industrial background / Pharma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a plus.
• SAP , Power BI and AI expertise.
