
About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Global Physical Security Lead Associate or Assistant Vice President to support and advance the firm’s global physical security program, with a secondary focus on business resilience. Reporting to the Vice President of Safety and Business Resilience, this role is responsible for executing physical security standards, managing security technologies, and ensuring consistent site operations across the firm’s global footprint.
This is a hands-on, operational and technical role focused on access control, security systems, guard force oversight, governance, and incident response. The Lead will translate risk requirements into practical controls and procedures, partnering cross-functionally with the Facilities, Workplace, IT, HR, and regional teams to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational delivery in a complex environment, while supporting resilience planning, preparedness activities, and exercises that protect employees, facilities, and critical business operations.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
