  • Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients regarding treatment updates, documentation requests, and case progress under attorney supervision.
  • AI & Technology Support: Utilize approved AI and legal technology tools to summarize records, organize case information, prepare drafts, and improve workflow efficiency while protecting confidential information.

What we’re looking for:

  • U.S. Personal Injury Experience: 2–5+ years supporting United States personal injury cases, preferably with exposure to the complete case lifecycle.
  • End-to-End Case Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, lien resolution, disbursement, and closing.
  • AI & Legal Technology Experience: Comfortable using AI responsibly to improve productivity while verifying accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Exceptional Organization: Able to manage multiple active cases, deadlines, documentation requirements, and competing priorities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written English and professional verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client interactions.
  • Independent Remote Worker: Self-motivated, dependable, responsive during agreed working hours, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent follow-through and commitment to accuracy.
  • Professionalism & Confidentiality: Demonstrates discretion, secure work practices, and maintains a private, reliable remote workspace.

Why you should work here:

  • Meaningful Work: Help individuals and families navigate difficult personal injury matters with compassion, organization, and professionalism.
  • Growing Firm: Join a Pennsylvania law firm expanding its use of technology, AI, and remote legal support.
