Job Description

Role Title: Global Performance & Engagement Specialist

Location: Pune, India

Purpose of the Role

As our Global Performance & Engagement Specialist, you will help make some of SKF’s most important people-processes work with quality, consistency, and care. You will coordinate the practical delivery of our Team Pulse survey and support the performance management cycle in People Core—from planning and system set-up to communication, support, follow-up, and continuous improvement. Your work will create clarity for managers, employees, and teams across SKF and help ensure a reliable, well-functioning people experience.

Key Responsibilities

    • Team Pulse survey coordination
      • Coordinate the Team Pulse survey set-up together with Group PX CoE, making sure user access, survey configurations, and data quality are correct
      • Prepare questionnaires and reminders, so activities are delivered clearly and on time
      • Manage access to survey results and dashboards in line with data privacy rules and internal policies
    • Team Pulse communication and rollout support
      • Support the rollout of global engagement activities by making sure communication is clear, consistent, and shared at the right time globally
    • Team Pulse stakeholder coordination
      • Work closely with key stakeholders, including local unions or councils, to ensure survey content is relevant, compliant, and approved
      • Coordinate review cycles, gather feedback from specialists, legal, and PBEs, and help turn input into practical improvement proposals for Group PX CoE
    • Team Pulse language and regional support
      • Support language-specific survey configuration, including translation and localization when needed
      • Provide first-line support to PBEs and managers when questions come up in the process or system
    • Performance management process coordination
      • Coordinate the performance management cycle in People Core, including goal setting, continuous dialogue/feedback, year-end review, and calibration
      • Work with Group PX CoE to make sure system steps are set up correctly, and launched on time
    • Performance management guidance and communication
      • Prepare guides, templates, and instructions that help PBEs, managers, and employees understand what to do and when
      • Communicate updates and process changes in a simple, clear, and timely way in line with Group PX CoE direction
    • Performance management reporting and continuous improvement
      • Prepare reports for Group PX CoE, Group Management, and other relevant key stakeholders
      • Use process data and user feedback to improve ways of working, strengthen quality, and make the experience smoother over time

Requirements / Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in People Experience in a similar role
    • Experience working with performance management, employee engagement, or other structured people processes in a regional or global environment
    • Confidence using digital tools and systems, with a practical approach to solving issues and improving routines
    • Structured way of working, good attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Global mindset and comfort working across cultures
    • Fluency in English
