Important international company specializing in global services and multicultural operations is seeking its next Global People & Talent Lead, who will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition, employee experience, and retention strategy for international operations, ensuring the development of high-performing teams aligned with business goals and customer experience standards.
What will you do in this role?
Design and execute the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for international operations.
Implement recruitment and employee experience metrics and KPIs.
Lead and develop multicultural recruitment teams.
Design and implement retention, engagement, and employee wellbeing strategies.
Coordinate performance evaluation, development, and career path processes.
Analyze talent metrics to anticipate risks and improve retention.
Act as a strategic business partner for Customer Success, Operations, and regional leadership teams.
What requirements should you meet?
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
+5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, ideally within BPO, IT, or global services companies.
Experience leading multicultural teams.
Experience implementing employee experience and retention strategies.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing talent KPIs.
Advanced English level (C1 or above).
Portuguese is a plus.
