Job Description

The Global People Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of strategic People initiatives and HR technology implementations on a global scale. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to drive impactful projects that enhance employee experience, optimize People processes, and support business transformation, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, timeline, and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the global point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic People projects sponsored by the EXCO People Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term vision.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, translating complex requirements into clear execution plans, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Drive agile product and project roadmapping, continuously refining priorities based on evolving business needs, employee experience insights, and market trends.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, IT, Security, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a key interface between People leaders and project teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own and continuously enhance the CareerHub ecosystem and internal talent marketplace, driving adoption, optimizing user experience, and unlocking internal mobility opportunities.

Your qualifications, experience and skills

  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
  • English - advanced (C1).
  • Minimum 5 years of previous working experience, ideally in a field of HR/Projects with international teams or stakeholders.
  • Very good communication skills and confident working at all levels in an organization.
  • A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done.
  • University degree in Business, Project Management, Economics, Management, Psychology, HR or other related field.
