Key Responsibilities
AsGlobalPeople Business Partneryou will be a trusted partner and leadership advisor to seniorOcean Productleaders. You will bepartneringthem ontheir strategic people and leadership agenda through advice and support on matterspertaining totheir organizations and teams. This also includes ensuring that the annual HR cycle activities are aligned with business strategy and needs for instance in relation to:
Organizationdesign and capability building
Talent review & succession planning
Coaching and leadership development
Culture andEngagement
What are we are looking for
We envision that you have aneducational background at a master level or equivalent, followed by a minimum of10years of relevant working experience.
You have experience working on large scale transformation and organization design.
You have worked as a business facing HR partner in a large organization andhavean understanding ofthe full scope of HR annual cycle activities and a broad general HR knowledge.
You are comfortable working in international environments with constantchangeand you have a solid understanding of business dynamics and how HR can support the same.
You:
Are proactive – with great ability and confidence to work on own initiative
Have a strong record of building trusted relationships and supporting business leaders through them
Have experience working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time
Couldimpactbusiness activities, engage with and influence,guideand challenge multiple (executive) stakeholders.
Have cross-cultural awareness, general knowledge of international business and a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity
Have excellent conceptualization and analytical skills, could communicate effectively acrossdifferent levelsin the organization – globally and locally
Have a well-structured and logical approach to the job and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Are well-organized with high attention to detail.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, our business language at Maersk
