Global Pensions, Benefits & Well-being Intern - Student (Part-time)

About us

Looking for a part-time internship in a global People/Total Rewards function? Join Ericsson’s Global Pensions, Benefits & Well-being team and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, digitalization, and employee well-being. You will support initiatives such as Ericsson for Me and Ericsson Care Line, while helping keep benefit information, communications, and processes accurate and up to date. This part-time internship is designed to fit alongside your studies, with flexibility around project needs and your academic schedule.

What you will do

You will contribute across benefits, pensions, and well-being, including:
• Support Ericsson for me employee benefits portal by coordinating updates and improving content.
• Coordinate activities across market areas and business units globally, track actions, and follow up on progress.
• Support Ericsson Care Line webinars and trainings, including logistics, communications, surveys, and follow-up.
• Provide administrative and operational support for global benefit inventory updates, pension activities, and recurring portfolio tasks.
• Create clear, visually compelling materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and one-pagers for stakeholders.

The skills you bring

• Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage actions, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Self-driven and comfortable working both independently and part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good English; other languages are a plus.
• Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to learn.
• Interest in benefits, pensions, HR processes, project coordination, digital platforms, or employee communications.

Meritorious

• Experience in HR, Total Rewards, finance, project coordination, communications, or analytics.
• Interest in AI, automation, or digitalization.
• 2–3 years of university studies completed, preferably in a relevant field.
