About the Team & Business Line:

We're seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to join our global Financial Application Support Team, which is responsible for supporting and evolving Citco's strategic HR, payroll, and workforce technology landscape.

The team plays a critical role in delivering Citco's Global Payroll Transformation Program, a multi-year initiative focused on standardizing payroll processes, strengthening governance and controls, improving data quality and visibility, and reducing operational complexity across our global workforce. A key objective of the program is to establish Oracle HCM as the single source of truth for payroll-related employee and compensation data globally, while transitioning from multiple country-specific payroll providers to ADP as Citco's strategic global payroll platform.

Your Role:

As a key member of the Global Payroll Transformation Program, you will work closely with Payroll SMEs, business stakeholders, and technology teams across 30+ countries to support the transition to ADP and help establish Oracle HCM as the global system of record for payroll-related data.

A key focus of the role will be assessing current-state payroll processes, data, and operating models; identifying opportunities for standardization and automation; and helping define the future-state business, process, data, and system requirements needed to support Citco's global payroll strategy.

Global Payroll Transformation & Vendor Transition

• Support Citco's global payroll transformation strategy, including the transition from multiple payroll providers to ADP and the establishment of Oracle HCM as the global source of truth for payroll-related information.
• Partner with Payroll SMEs across 30+ countries to assess current-state payroll processes, systems, controls, and operating models.
• Evaluate country readiness for payroll provider transitions, identify risks and dependencies, and support migration planning and execution.
• Drive opportunities for process standardization, simplification, automation, and improved operational efficiency.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Independently analyze complex business challenges, assess impacts and trade-offs, and develop practical, scalable recommendations.
• Gather, challenge, prioritize, and synthesize stakeholder requirements across global regions and functions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, data models, integrations, workflows, and business rules.
• Translate business needs into solutions that support global consistency, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Data, Technology & Delivery

• Support the establishment of Oracle HCM as the authoritative source of payroll and compensation data globally.
• Define data, reporting, governance, and integration requirements between Oracle HCM, ADP, and other connected systems.
• Lead business testing activities, coordinate global UAT efforts, and support successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, change management, and solution delivery.

About You:

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting complex HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently assess business challenges, synthesize stakeholder input, evaluate options and trade-offs, and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process and data analysis, solution design, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale system implementations, process standardization initiatives, vendor transitions, or organizational change programs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, influence decisions, and build consensus across diverse global stakeholder groups.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, integrations, and end-to-end business process design.
• Experience working with ADP payroll solutions (GlobalView, Celergo) in a transformation, implementation, migration, or integration capacity is required.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and integrations between Oracle HCM and payroll systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global matrix environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

Salary Range: CAD 90,000 - CAD 120,000
