At the Orlando Magic, our approach is to not only learn as much about you as we can, but for you to learn about us. This is definitely a two-way street, so time with your potential new leader, teammates, and/or other departments that the role will work with is critical. It isn’t just, “what are we looking for”, but also, “what do we have to offer you” and “are we the right fit for you.” While every position is different, our interview process is typically a three-step process, sometimes more depending on the level and nature of the role.
The Global Partnerships Solutions & Insights Specialist will report to the Director of Global Partnerships Solutions & Insights, working on the strategic needs of the Global Partnerships department. The role will have a primary focus of supporting the business development and managing current partnership insights and performance analysis, utilizing data insights to provide solutions driving new and retention partnership revenue. The role will also serve as a thought partner for the team in building data focused sales narratives, providing intelligence for the prospect building process, creative development of proposal and go-to-market presentations, as well managing a strong internal sales reporting structure.

Orlando's NBA franchise since 1989, the Magic's mission is to be world champions on and off the court, delivering legendary moments every step of the way. Under the DeVos family’s ownership, the Magic have seen great success in a relatively short history, winning five division championships (1995, 1996, 2008, 2009, 2010) with seven 50-plus win seasons and capturing the Eastern Conference title in 1995 and 2009.
In 2017, the Orlando Magic added two more teams to our sports family: The Osceola Magic and the Orlando Solar Bears Hockey Team. The Osceola Magic is the Orlando Magic's G League (minor league) affiliate based in Kissimmee, FL. The Orlando Solar Bears Hockey team (ECHL) is the minor league affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Off the court, on an annual basis, the Orlando Magic gives more than $2 million to the local community by way of sponsorships of events, donated tickets, autographed merchandise, and grants.
Orlando Magic community relations programs impact an estimated 100,000 kids each year, while a Magic staff-wide initiative provides more than 7,000 volunteer hours annually. In addition, the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation (OMYF) which serves at-risk youth, has distributed more than $23 million to local nonprofit community organizations over the last 28 years.
