About JLG, an Oshkosh company

JLG began in 1969, when our founder, John L. Grove set out to resolve growing safety concerns in the construction industry. Since then we have been committed to understanding the challenges and delivering innovative solutions to the access market. • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for coating-related quality issues across manufacturing sites and the supply base.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements related to paint and coating operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product quality, production schedules, or customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams and stakeholders on coating processes, equipment, and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making to improve quality, reduce the cost of poor quality, and support business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across global operations.
