About the Job

As a Global Order Operations Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process for a portfolio of Top and Strategic Accounts, driving revenue, cash flow, and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will act as a key point of contact for your customers, ensuring smooth operations and strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Top and Strategic Accounts in Germany
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Planning, Logistics)
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries across orders, deliveries, returns, and disputes
  • Provide clear visibility on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution

Order & Delivery Management

  • Manage the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery
  • Ensure order accuracy, fulfillment, and on-time shipping
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and planning to resolve supply issues
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (e.g., VAS, EDI)

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

  • Monitor receivables, collections, and overdue balances
  • Minimize bad debt risk and support dispute and claim resolution
  • Investigate billing issues, chargebacks, and discrepancies
  • Support credit management and adherence to credit limits

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze order book performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide insights to support forecasting and decision-making
  • Track key KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, DSO, aged debt)

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, SOX controls, and company policies
  • Collaborate with external partners to meet service levels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order data

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and external partners
  • Participate in customer meetings to improve performance and processes
  • Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Fluent in German and English - written and spoken.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Accounts Receivable in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF..).
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify root causes, manage complex situations, and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly accountable, with a proactive and ownership mindset.
  • Knowledge of EDI processes, logistics flows, and credit/AR management is advantageous.

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is PLN 96,000 – PLN 127,900 gross per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
