We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage key customer accounts and oversee the order lifecycle, ensuring accurate delivery and excellent service. The role combines customer support, order coordination, and accounts receivable, while working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
Key responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts
Act as the main point of contact for order and delivery status
Handle customer inquiries, issues, returns, and claims through resolution
Order & Delivery Management
Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery
Ensure order accuracy, fulfillment, and on-time shipping
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and planning teams to resolve supply challenges
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (e.g., VAS, EDI)
Financial & Credit Control (Accounts Receivable)
Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and overdue payments
Minimize bad debt risk and support legal/collection processes when needed
Investigate billing issues, disputes, and chargebacks
Support credit risk decisions and ensure adherence to credit limits
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze order book, risks, and opportunities to support forecasting
Provide financial insights to Sales and Finance teams
Track performance indicators such as delivery, DSO, and aged debt
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SOPs, SOX controls, and company policies
Collaborate with external service providers to meet service level agreements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order data
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and external partners
Participate in customer meetings to improve processes and performance
Support system improvements, testing, and process optimization
About you
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
1-2 years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred.
Order Management/Cash Collection experience required.
2-5 years’ experience with SAP or similar ERP order management system preferred.
Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
Fluent English & French - both Written and Verbal
Good understanding of logistical processes across markets
Experience of Automatic system interface (EDI)
Financial and Credit Management or Accounts Receivable
Experience with supplier portal applications (Vendor Central)
This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected salary range for this role is PLN 96,000–127,900 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
