GLOBAL OPS is seeking Armed Security Agents to support client sites across Long Island.
This is an active, field-based role. Approximately 60 to 70 percent of your time will be spent outdoors and on your feet, conducting patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to situations as they occur. This is not a static post.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable and able to maintain a high level of awareness and professionalism throughout their shift.

Conduct routine patrols to maintain order and presence
Monitor and control access to the property
Identify and respond to suspicious activity
Enforce site protocols and address unauthorized individuals
Respond to alarms and on-site incidents
Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed
Complete accurate reports of daily activity
Active New York State Security Guard License
Valid unrestricted concealed carry handgun license
If Active Law Enforcement, valid LE branch ID
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or similar field
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
Strong observation and communication skills
Consistent and reliable work history
High School diploma required
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and training
