GLOBAL OPEX AND IE SPECIALIST

Location Lugoj, Romania

YOUR TASKS

• Provide support for the implementation of internal FORVIA tools, to support production sites from FORVIA HELLA SOE division; x
• Coordinate the deployment of Forvia Excellence System (Forvia ES) and implement the fundamentals of
  "Production System" and " Plant Management" in Forvia ES in the location;
• Carry out improvement projects with regard to workflows, IE tasks, logistic concepts, processes and work
  systems in the production and service areas;
• Lead/facilitate Kaizen workshop process within the company in cooperation with the functions responsible;
• Cooperate in the designing of work systems with the aim of improving the productivity of production
  process flow;
• Coordinate comprehensive and sustainable group work application by continuous support of groups,
  group leaders and supervisors;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in project management, in automotive or electronics manufacturing environment;
• Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary/multicultural teams and projects;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and influence change across all levels of the organization
• Result oriented and focused on project timeline;
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English Communication skills, advanced level
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, IT, Automation)
