We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya.

This is a key role in the organization. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our office while working closely with senior leadership, employees across Israel, and our teams in the US and Europe.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day operations and administration of the office

• Manage global travel logistics for employees and leadership

• Support the planning and execution of company and marketing events

• Lead cross-functional administrative projects from planning to execution

• Support the CEO with day-to-day operations and special projects

• Partner with HR

• Act as the operational point of contact with our teams in the US and Europe

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in global office administration

• Experience working with international teams, particularly in the US and Europe

• Strong experience in office management, travel coordination, and logistics

• Experience planning and coordinating corporate and marketing events

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent written and spoken English

• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
