The Global New Product Marketing Leader, is a visionary leader responsible for setting the global strategy and execution for new product and solution marketing across all regions. This senior leadership role partners with executive leadership, World Areas, and key customers to drive innovation, market expansion, and sustainable business growth. The Leader champions cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing, engineering, sales, and operations to deliver differentiated solutions that address critical customer needs. This role governs the new product development (NPD) process, ensures robust go-to-market strategies, and is accountable for the commercial success of new offerings worldwide.

You inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You build strong, cross-functional relationships with senior leaders, finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive alignment on sourcing priorities and business goals.
