About Us

Prodigi is the world’s most globally connected print on demand platform.

We help businesses scale at speed, simplify their supply chains and maximise their profits by giving them the tools to print any image onto any physical product and ship it to anywhere in the world. Supported by a global fulfilment network, we’re integrated with more than 100 print labs in over a dozen countries – including four in-house manufacturing facilities in the UK, EU and US.

Founded in 2014, we pride ourselves on making our clients successful and recently ranked 14th in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 – an annual league table recognising the UK’s fastest-growing companies. We’re customer-focused, restlessly innovative and quality-obsessed. As the demand for our software continues to grow, you’ll get to work with everyone from artists and photographers to bands and major brands.

Our Global Networks team works from our Amsterdam office

Requirements

As we expand our global production and shipping network, pricing complexity and partner management continue to grow. We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Network Expansion and Pricing Analyst to support network growth, partner onboarding and shipping model optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career with experience in analytics, supply chain or e-commerce who wants exposure to international partner management and commercial strategy within a fast growing technology business.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and maintaining price changes across partners, carriers and regions.

  • Analysing routing impact and cost implications per country and product category.

  • Calculating pricing impact for key accounts per destination and supporting commercial decisions.

  • Supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new production partners globally.

  • Preparing structured overviews of partner capabilities including ranges, lead times and personalisation options.

  • Supporting price negotiations and commercial benchmarking for new and existing partners.

  • Identifying missing product ranges per region and supporting expansion initiatives.

  • Mapping and documenting customisation capabilities such as custom packaging and inserts.

  • Maintaining internal documentation of partner pricing, capabilities and agreements.

In this role you will support an important function at the intersection of pricing, supply chain and commercial strategy, helping ensure we expand our network in a structured and profitable way.

Role

  • Supporting the maintenance and development of shipping and pricing models.

  • Providing analytical support for network expansion into new regions and product categories.

  • Conducting initial introduction calls with potential partners and collecting relevant commercial and operational data.

  • Supporting day to day relationship management with external production partners.

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders including sales, product and operations to align on pricing and expansion initiatives.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement of tools and models that support global network scalability.

Requirements

  • Essential: High degree of familiarity with AI tools and models, or a strong willingness to embrace and adopt them as part of everyday workflows.

  • 1 to 3 years experience in analytics, supply chain, consulting, e-commerce or a similar field.

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.

  • High level of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.

  • Structured and organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to translate data into clear insights.

  • Confident communicator comfortable working with international partners.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast evolving environment.

  • A positive attitude and strong team mindset.
