We’re looking for a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver to join our Monetization Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales and other cross-functional partners to shape monetization strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and turn insights into action across global markets.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and other business stakeholders to co-develop and refine monetization strategies
- Conduct deep-dive research, and generate clear, data-backed reports and strategic recommendations to support key decisions by senior leadership
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitors in the media tech industry to deliver in-depth market research on external landscape
- Proactively identify business challenges and pain points; work cross-functionally with international teams to design and implement scalable, actionable solutions
