Job Description

Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for a Global Mobility Manager to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Team

You will join a global People team of more than 15 colleagues with diverse responsibilities and mandates. You will be part of the HR Legal & Mobility team, which comprises six colleagues.

Role

As Global Mobility Manager, you will manage global mobility cases and key operational workstreams across global tax, social security, immigration and relocation.

You will advise internal stakeholders on mobility processes, coordinate complex cross-border matters with specialist advisers, and ensure timely delivery in line with Mobility Policies and approval requirements.

Working closely with People, Payroll, Finance and external providers, you will identify risks early and lead improvements to mobility processes, systems and employee experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage mobility cases end to end across global tax, social security, immigration and relocation, resolving complex issues.
  • Oversee mobility compliance, documentation and data controls, including timely and accurate reporting of taxable vendor benefits.
  • Advise stakeholders on mobility arrangements and policies, turning global specialist advice into action.
  • Manage vendor performance, costs and escalations, including invoice review and internal cost recovery.
  • Support stakeholder reporting on mobility progress, costs, risks and recommendations.
  • Support mobility process improvements, including workflow optimization, integration and data management, and contribute to policy updates and implementation.

You

You have a relevant university degree and 5+ years of experience in global mobility within an international business or professional services firm.

You have experience managing cross-border mobility cases, coordinating tax, social security and immigration, and leading operational workstreams.

You are comfortable advising business stakeholders, managing external providers and exercising sound judgment on when to resolve matters independently and when to seek specialist input or escalate.

You also have a genuine interest in using AI and technology to improve service delivery and ways of working.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • Solid business acumen and ability to translate specialist advice into practical recommendations.
  • Proven ability to own multiple cases and projects, coordinate contributors and resolve issues to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Sound judgment and initiative, with a structured, detail-oriented approach to prioritizing, anticipating dependencies and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Experience optimizing mobility processes and implementing them within a mobility system is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

The process

Please apply online as soon as possible as applications will be processed on an ongoing basis. For questions related to the role, please reach out to our Talent Acquisition team at recruitment@cipfs.com. We do not include CV's and Cover Letters sent by email.
