As a Senior People Services Generalist - Global Mobility & Immigration within our People Services Hub, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless mobility experience for employees across the Americas. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to support international assignments, immigration processes, relocation services, and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive operational excellence.

Main responsibilities
Support end-to-end global mobility activities including immigration, work permits, relocation services, and international assignments across the Americas region.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, People & Culture partners, and business stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Collaborate with external providers to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality mobility support and employee services.
Monitor and coordinate mobility-related activities while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational standards.
Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, standardize, and automate processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Contribute to projects and initiatives supporting the evolution and transformation of Benefits and Mobility services within the Hub.
Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and operational guidelines to support sustainable service delivery.
About you
Experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation Services, or International Assignment processes.
Strong understanding of immigration and work authorization processes, with the ability to proactively manage risks and drive case resolution.
Experience working with external immigration and/or relocation vendors.
Exposure to U.S. immigration or work authorization processes is highly preferred.
Experience using HR systems such as Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Advanced English required (C1); Portuguese is a plus.
