Job Description

Role Title: Global Mobility Expert

Location: Pune, India

Purpose of the Role

As Global Mobility Expert within the PX Operations global hub in Pune, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, compliant and high-quality operational support across international assignments. You will translate global CoE frameworks into efficient execution, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers across the organization.

In this role, you will contribute to delivering scalable PX services that support managers and employees globally, enabling the business through reliable, accurate and efficient service delivery.

By ensuring high data quality, strong coordination and operational excellence, you will help strengthen the global mobility service and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working across the PX organization.

Key Responsibilities

      • Manage operational aspects of international assignments, including initiation, prolongation and termination processes.
      • Ensure accurate, timely and compliant execution of global mobility processes, supporting employees and managers across the organization.
      • Maintain and administer mobility systems (e.g. ECA Enterprise), ensuring high data quality, consistency and integrity.
      • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Global Mobility, payroll, HR) and external partners (tax, immigration, vendors) to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
      • Follow up on invoice management, including validation, tracking and vendor coordination.
      • Support the administration of the full assignment lifecycle (documentation, updates, process tracking).
      • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, workflows and service delivery in line with CoE frameworks and global standards.
      • Provide operational insights and feedback to Global Mobility CoE to support ongoing improvements and development of global solutions.
      • Gradually take on broader responsibility with a development path towards more end-to-end ownership of assignments.

What you bring

    • A structured and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership and delivers with accuracy and reliability. You are comfortable working in a global environment, collaborating across teams and stakeholders, and navigating complexity with clarity.
    • Most of all, you are motivated by operational excellence—ensuring compliance, quality and consistency while contributing to continuous improvement.
    • 5+ Years experience and a university degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
    • Experience in Global Mobility, HR operations or international assignment administration.
    • Good understanding of compliance areas such as tax, social security and immigration.
    • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability.
    • Experience working with HR systems and data management (e.g. SuccessFactors, ECA, Mercer or similar).
    • Experience in invoice handling and vendor coordination.
    • Ability to work independently within defined processes while collaborating effectively in a global team.
    • Experience working in a global or matrix environment is an advantage.
    • Fluent in English.

What We Offer

      • This is an opportunity to be part of building and scaling a global PX Operations hub, contributing to a modern and efficient People Experience organization.
      • You will work in an international environment where your expertise will directly impact how employees and managers are supported globally, ensuring smooth and compliant mobility processes.
      • If you are motivated by operational excellence, global collaboration and continuous development, this role offers a strong platform for growth and long-term impact.

Why join PX Operations?

You will be part of a team that powers the engine of SKF — ensuring every core people process runs smoothly so the organization can focus on innovation, performance, and growth. Here, you’ll help shape a better tomorrow while building a global career with purpose.
