You will provide medical content and strategic support across key activities in atopic dermatology. Your work will contribute to medical positioning, disease awareness, scientific communication, expert engagement and internal education. You will collaborate closely with global and regional colleagues to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with the global medical strategy.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Develop medical and scientific materials for advisory boards, symposia and expert meetings.
  • Identify clinical and pre-clinical data gaps and contribute to initiatives that address them.
  • Review study-related documents, including proposals, protocols, manuscripts and posters.
  • Design and oversee NIS studies and be a partner to clinical development teams for other clinical studies
  • Contribute to identifying unmet patient needs and strengthening medical affairs activities.
  • Identify clinical and pre-clinical data gaps and contribute to gap-closing initiatives.
  • Engage with leading external experts and the wider dermatology community.

You will also develop training materials, train internal and external stakeholders, present medical data in meetings and support external activities involving regulatory, pharmacovigilance and health economics perspectives.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you bring extensive medical-scientific expertise, broad pharmaceutical experience and a solid understanding of Medical Affairs in a global setting. You are skilled at developing, reviewing and presenting clinical and scientific information to different audiences.

We are looking for:

  • A medical degree or similar educational background; dermatology experience is preferred.

  • Senior experience within Medical Affairs, preferably from global roles.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development programs, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial, legal, regulatory and medical communications teams.

As a person, you bring goal orientation, sound decision-making and the ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional global environment. You are organised, proactive, culturally aware and confident communicating in English.

You will join Global Medical Affairs and work closely with Global Brand Leadership, Affiliate Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Legal and HCP Compliance.
