JOB PURPOSE
This role for Global Marketing Services in North America is responsible for two critical and interconnected areas:
Leading Hub Operations for GMS Service Delivery in North America:
You will be accountable for driving operational excellence, transformation, and innovation across all GMS hub operations in North America, continuously improving processes, building strong partnerships with third party providers, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Leading Engage to Convert (E2C) Proof of Concepts:
You will also lead the design, delivery, and scaling of proof of concepts across the Engage to Convert value stream. This involves:

Pay: The pay range for this position is $227,700 to $380,000 Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisionsincluding, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
