Job Description

As Global Marketing Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving marketing communication projects from brief to delivery. You act as a key enabler of structured creation within our in-house agency setup, ensuring clear scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality deliverables.

Based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Head of Global Marketing Communication & Brand Management, you collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders, product marketing, and creative specialists across Nilfisk. With limited travel, your role focuses on orchestrating projects that support commercial priorities, strengthen brand consistency, and enable efficient collaboration across markets.

Essential responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing communication projects—from brief to delivery—ensuring clear scope, timelines, roles, and structured execution.

  • Coordinate workflows across the in-house agency, including copy, design, digital, product marketing, and regional stakeholders.

  • Drive prioritization and planning of projects to align business needs, stakeholder expectations, and available resources.

  • Facilitate briefings, reviews, approvals, and handovers to secure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

  • Support the development of customer-centric campaigns, launch materials, presentations, templates, and other global and regional assets.

  • Ensure alignment with Nilfisk’s brand, messaging, and commercial priorities across all deliverables.

  • Continuously improve project management processes, ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration within the in-house agency model.

You will be part of the Global Marketing Communication & Brand Management team, based in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The team works in a highly collaborative, international setup, partnering closely with stakeholders across regions and functions.

Qualifications to succeed in the position

You bring a structured and collaborative approach to project management, combined with a strong understanding of marketing communication in a global context.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • An educational background in marketing, communication, business, or a related field

  • Some to extensive experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or agency/in-house agency coordination

  • Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across regions or markets

  • The ability to translate business needs into clear briefs and actionable deliverables

  • A solid understanding of customer-centric communication and commercial processes

  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and brand alignment

You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the confidence to drive projects forward while ensuring alignment and clarity for all stakeholders.
