Job Description

Your Tasks

• Act as a trusted business partner to the CMO and Directors of Marketing, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the New Product Development (NPD) process, including ROI evaluations and the preparation of business cases.
• Analyze product and category profitability, covering margins, trade marketing and marketing ROI.
• Support global functions in the cost center management and analysis.
• Monitor global overheads, personnel costs, FTEs and HR KPIs at group level, including the budget process.
• Perform a detailed review of indirect cost spending outside the scope of the purchasing department, identify efficiency opportunities, and support cost-saving initiatives at a group level.
• Manage intercompany contracts and cost recharges for the relevant service and cost flows.
• Ensure completeness, consistency and compliance of transfer pricing documentation across all group entities.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international FMCG or industrial environment
• Experience working with marketing, commercial, HR and finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style and a hands-on, business-oriented mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to act as a trusted business partner
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
