Global Marketing Manager Pulp & Paper

We are seeking a results oriented leader with demonstrated expertise in designing and executing international marketing strategies for the Paper and Packaging industries. This role demands strategic acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the foresight to anticipate market shifts, identify emerging opportunities, and lead transformational initiatives that accelerate business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of identifying, sizing, and capitalizing on growth opportunities, leveraging business acumen to influence senior leadership. This position requires the ability to construct forward looking scenarios that address evolving customer needs, scout and validate new business opportunities, and lead projects that deliver measurable and impactful business value

Responsibilities Include the Following

• Drive the strategic growth roadmap for Towel/Tissue and Barrier Coatings, ensuring regional execution.
• Lead the annual Consumer Solutions communications plan with cross-functional partners.
• Direct growth projects across the business, aligned with senior management.
• Promote best practices to maximize growth synergies.
• Provide regular, data-driven updates on strategic project impact to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field. MBA a plus
• 7+ years of professional work experience in Marketing or related roles within paper and/or packaging Industry
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong results driven teams where leading through influence is a key focus
• Strong organizational development skills and organizational savvy
• Excellent Project Management Skills and adept at stakeholder management
• Possess business courage and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and managing risks through data driven insights.
• Experience in leading global scaled initiatives while working remotely strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (both domestic and international)
