We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Global Marketing Manager - Generalist to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll act as a key connector between our US-based marketing organization and our international teams. You’ll help localize and scale Progyny’s marketing efforts globally, support go-to-market initiatives, and play a meaningful role in driving our growth outside the US.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of global strategy and local execution.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Global Sales and Customer Success teams to develop localized marketing materials that align with regional priorities and resonate with local audiences.
  • Support product marketing initiatives, including messaging and positioning for new product launches across international markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to adapt global content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Canada.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities to refine localized marketing strategies.
  • Own and maintain regional marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Progyny’s brand standards.
  • Support updates to global website content, ensuring relevance across regions.
  • Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across international markets.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, healthcare, HR tech, or benefits-related industries
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing initiatives across international markets
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong project management skills with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment
