Statement

Drive the global marketing execution for a defined NeuroMobility portfolio, enhancing marketing efficiency through modern tools and technologies. The role focuses on delivering impactful campaigns, supporting product launches and ensuring consistent communication across markets.

It also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making and the continuous integration of AI-powered solutions to optimize marketing processes and content creation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the global marketing strategy for a defined NeuroMobility portfolio
  • Develop and implement aligned marketing plans, including support for product launches
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of international marketing campaigns targeting end users, B2B customers, healthcare professionals and life sciences audiences
  • Plan and execute marketing activities across the full customer journey, including coordination of campaign implementation
  • Organize and support content production and the creation of marketing assets in line with brand and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams and facilitate cross-functional projects and communication
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness using AI tools and modern technologies

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Pharma or MedTech, with a strong understanding of healthcare professional target groups
  • Proven experience in global marketing and campaign management across digital platforms
  • Strong understanding and hands-on use of AI tools in marketing
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication and execution skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
