公司营收以海外市场为主,业务遍及北美、欧洲、日韩、中国及各类新兴市场,各市场的创作者生态、网红合作语境、用户付费习惯及行业发展环境均存在显著差异化特征。本岗位全面统筹管理全球各区域国家负责人团队,制定全球化市场营销整体策略,联动业务团队全权负责全球各区域的成交总额业绩目标与用户增长指标。
Our company’s revenue is mainly generated from overseas markets. Our business covers North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea, China and emerging markets, with significant differences in creator ecology, KOL communication context, user payment habits and industry environment across all regions.
This role is responsible for managing regional country managers worldwide, formulating international marketing strategies, and collaborating with business teams to directly drive global regional GMV growth and user growth.

1. 区域团队管理:统筹管理全球多个区域核心负责人团队,全面负责区域负责人的招聘录用、绩效考核、人才培养及团队搭建工作,打造高执行力的全球化营销团队。
2. 全球营销策略制定:制定年度全球化市场营销整体规划与执行路线图,结合各市场发展潜力明确优先级,合理分配营销资源,将公司统一核心营销活动与各区域本土化市场特点深度结合,适配不同区域市场需求。
3. 市场上线节奏统筹:统筹协调全球各区域市场,统一对齐各市场重大产品、活动上线的本土化落地执行节奏,保障全球业务上线工作有序、高效推进。
4. 跨区域营销活动协同:统筹全球跨区域营销活动,统一全球营销核心传播基调,协调解决多市场推进过程中的资源调配问题、工作衔接矛盾及业务冲突,实现全球营销工作一体化联动。
5. 商务合作与投放策略制定:制定全球各区域市场的商务拓展、合作伙伴合作体系、媒体投放整体策略,明确各区域合作伙伴合作优先级,统筹落地各区域合作对接、媒介投放全流程工作。
1. Regional Team Management: Lead core teams of regional leaders across multiple global regions, and take charge of the recruitment, performance appraisal and talent development of regional managers to build an efficient global marketing team.
2. International Marketing Strategy Formulation: Develop annual international marketing roadmaps, allocate marketing resources based on market priority, and integrate global centralized marketing campaigns with local market insights of different regions.
3. Market Launch Coordination: Align the localized implementation pace of milestone-level product and campaign launches across all global regional markets to ensure orderly global business promotion.
4. Cross-regional Campaign Collaboration: Unify the global core communication narrative for cross-regional marketing campaigns, and coordinate resource allocation as well as resolve business conflicts among multiple markets.
5. Business Development & Media Strategy: Formulate regional priority standards for business cooperation and partnership, design media placement strategies for all regions, and coordinate the whole process of partner docking and regional marketing implementation.
任职要求
1. 拥有8-10年全球化市场营销团队管理经验,具备多区域市场市场营销业务从0到1的完整搭建及落地经验。
2. 具备极强的本土化运营思维与跨文化沟通协作能力,深度了解全球不同区域市场的创作者生态体系、用户消费习惯及市场差异化特征。
3. 英语口语及书面表达流利,可作为工作语言熟练使用,掌握第二外语者优先;具备多市场、跨时区团队协作与项目统筹经验。
4. 具备成熟的利润成本核算及预算管理能力,可根据各区域市场投入产出比,动态优化、调整全球营销资源分配方案。
5. 拥有科技行业、软件服务行业全球化市场扩张实战经验;有人工智能行业、内容创作者生态行业从业经验者优先。
1. 8-10 years of leadership experience in international marketing, with proven experience in building and operating multi-market marketing businesses from scratch.
2. Excellent local market insight and cross-cultural communication capabilities, with in-depth understanding of creator ecology and consumer behavior differences in global markets.
3. Fluent oral and written English for professional work; second foreign language is a plus. Experienced in cross-market and cross-timezone team collaboration and project management.
4. Solid experience in P&L management and budget control, capable of dynamically adjusting global resource allocation according to regional ROI performance.
5. Practical experience in global business expansion of technology or SaaS industries; experience in AI and creator economy industries is preferred.
