Job Description

Anderson-Negele is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy and execution, driving commercial growth, brand positioning, and demand generation across key industries and global regions.

This role translates customer insights, product priorities, and market opportunities into clear, high-impact marketing programs that deliver measurable business results. The position partners closely with Product Management, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and customer needs.

The Global Marketing Manager will serve as a player/coach, directly contributing to strategic marketing initiatives while leading a small marketing team.This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building, optimizing, and executing, not just directing, and who wants to shape how marketing contributes to growth in a more data-driven and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a Global Team

  • Manage and develop a team of 3 global marketing professionals

  • Set clear priorities aligned to commercial goals and growth initiatives

  • Coach the team on digital execution, ownership mindset, and accountability

Marketing Strategy & Commercial Alignment

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with growth targets, NPI priorities, and strategic accounts

  • Bridge Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and prioritization

  • Apply AI and automation to improve campaign performance, customer targeting, and execution efficiency

  • Capture VOC, competitive intelligence, and market trends — translate into actionable positioning and GTM strategies

  • Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to sharpen segmentation, insight generation, and decision-making

Campaigns, Content & Brand Execution

  • Lead campaigns, content, and communications across web, email, collateral, and events

  • Manage trade shows, ABM programs, and sales enablement

  • Maintain consistent global brand positioning; leverage AI to accelerate content creation and personalization without sacrificing technical accuracy

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Own marketing systems and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics)

  • Track KPIs: MQLs, conversion rates, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution

  • Manage budget, vendors, and external partners; drive adoption of modern marketing technology and AI-enabled workflows

Demand Gen & Digital Marketing

  • Own the demand generation engine — campaigns, webinars, trade shows, digital advertising, lead capture

  • Drive performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot workflows) with continuous ROI optimization

  • Improve funnel performance through SEO/GEO/AEO, website optimization, and data-driven experimentation

Required Experience

  • Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments

  • Proven success in hands-on demand generation and digital marketing

  • Experience in leading and developing small, high-impact teams

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing to revenue outcomes

  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and emerging AI capabilities

  • Ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling customer value

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on impact

Required Travel

  • Travel as needed for customer events, team meetings, trade shows, etc.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position is $91700.00 -$170100.00.
