As the Overseas Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with diverse global audiences, showcase our cutting-edge lidar technology, and support our rapid global expansion.
Responsibilities
Overseas Customer Case Development
- Develop compelling customer success stories and case studies from international markets
- Collaborate with global sales and technical teams to identify and document key customer use cases
- Create and maintain a repository of international customer testimonials and success stories
- Work with cross-functional teams to localize case studies for different regional markets
Product Marketing Content Strategy
- Develop and execute global product marketing strategies for Hesai's lidar portfolio
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning for international audiences
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral including whitepapers, datasheets, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits
- Manage content localization and adaptation for different cultural contexts
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns for international markets
- Plan and execute participation in global industry events (e.g., CES, IAA, automotive trade shows)
- Develop digital marketing campaigns targeting key international audiences
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness
- Measure and analyze campaign performance across different regions
English Website Management
- Oversee content strategy and development for Hesai's global English website
- Ensure website content is optimized for international SEO and user experience
- Collaborate with web development teams to implement website enhancements
- Monitor website analytics and optimize for international traffic and conversions
- Manage website localization and translation efforts
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for overseas markets
- Manage international social media presence and content strategy
- Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting global audiences
- Develop email marketing programs for international customer segments
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline global marketing operations
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global sales teams to support business development efforts
- Collaborate with product management and R&D on international product launches
- Coordinate with PR and communications teams on international media relations
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment职位要求Qualifications
• Language Excellence: Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) with exceptional command of tone, style, and cultural nuance
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in technology, automotive, or robotics industries
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution in global markets
• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple geographic regions
• Background in B2B technology marketing, preferably in hardware or automotive sectors
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
• Experience with website content management systems (WordPress etc.)
