We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager to drive international growth for our AI products. This role bridges product, marketing, and community — executing go-to-market strategies that connect innovation with users worldwide.
Job Description
1. Global GTM Strategy Execution: Integrate internal and external channel resources, collaborating with Operations, Growth, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies for the company's AI products across global markets.
2. Overseas Product Marketing: Communicate the value propositions of new products and features to international users. Develop and execute comprehensive market entry strategies based on product characteristics and use cases, including product promotion, brand positioning, market penetration, and strategic partnerships.
3. Content Strategy & Creation: Identify and articulate core product value propositions and key selling points. Demonstrate deep understanding of user needs and target audience characteristics to create platform-specific content tailored to the tone and style of different communities and media channels, including but not limited to Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube.职位要求Requirements
1. Market Expertise: Strong familiarity with Western (US/EU) and/or East Asian (Japan/Korea) markets, with deep knowledge of overseas social media platforms and communities. Prior experience in international GTM and/or Product Marketing strongly preferred.
2. Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
3. Strategic Thinking: Outstanding strategic planning capabilities and logical reasoning skills. Experience in 0-to-1 product launches highly preferred.
4. AI Passion & Entrepreneurial Spirit: Active user of AI products with genuine enthusiasm for the AI industry. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven attitude preferred.
