As a Global Marketing & Innovation Lead Oncology at Nestlé Nutrition & Health Strategic Business Unit (SBU), your mission is to help shape and deliver the global oncology strategy by building an innovation pipeline that responds to patient, healthcare professional and market needs. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with medical affairs, market access, research and development, regulatory, sales, operations, digital, consumer insights, zones and key markets. How you’ll make an impact as a Global Marketing & Innovation Lead Oncology

  • Contributing to the global oncology strategy by turning patient, healthcare professional and competitor insights into clear growth priorities.
  • Building a differentiated innovation pipeline by identifying unmet needs, white spaces and opportunities across the oncology care journey.
  • Translating clinical papers, scientific abstracts, care environment insights and market data into meaningful product positioning and launch opportunities.
  • Partnering across functions and markets to connect the needs of patients, doctors, dietitians and business stakeholders with solutions that create value.
  • Developing compelling global marketing campaigns, communication tools and launch materials that support healthcare professional engagement.
  • Strengthening execution in zones and key markets by sharing best practices, building trusted partnerships and turning complex insights into action.

What will make you successful

  • Bringing proven track record in marketing and brand leadership, ideally gained in innovation-led environment, with the ability to shape strategy across local, regional or global contexts.
  • Applying strong scientific curiosity, healthcare market understanding and empathy to connect patient, doctor and care ecosystem needs with business opportunities.
  • Using data, clinical evidence, channel understanding and commercial judgement to shape insights, product positioning and innovation choices.
  • Collaborating across a matrix environment, speaking confidently with multiple stakeholders, influencing without direct authority and taking the lead to move solutions forward.
  • Communicating fluently and with confidence in English.
  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, empowerment, wellbeing mindset, learning agility, resourcefulness and performance.
