Job Description

Global Marketing Director - Lorbrena (Secondment 9 months)

Pfizer’s lung cancer portfolio is built on a strong heritage of leadership in targeted therapies. XALKORI was the first targeted therapy approved with a companion diagnostic for any form of lung cancer, establishing Pfizer as a leading innovator in the lung cancer space. LORBRENA builds on this heritage of leadership in ALK+ NSCLC. LORBRENA is the first and only approved third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) for ALK+ NSCLC and is approved in more than 85 countries, including the US, China, the EU, Japan, and Emerging Markets.

LORBRENA has the potential to change the treatment paradigm in ALK+ NSCLC and become a new standard of care. It is currently the second-fastest-growing brand in the Pfizer Oncology portfolio and has priority brand designation. At ASCO 2026, the 7-year follow-up analysis of the pivotal Phase 3 CROWN trial was presented and published, receiving very positive customer and KOL feedback and becoming a key highlight for Pfizer at ASCO. Building on this momentum, the team will continue to amplify the 7-year data while preparing for the next exciting data launch anticipated in 2027. These data are expected to further solidify LORBRENA’s position in ALK+ NSCLC and support peak revenue potential of USD 4 billion.

This role will support the continued growth of LORBRENA by leading strategic planning and advancing initiatives that enhance patient experience and treatment adherence.
